بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
Bismillāh, wallāhu akbar
In the name of Allah, and Allah is the Greatest.

- Begin at the Black Stone with the Ka'bah on your left. Raise your right hand towards it and say the takbir.
- Between the Yemeni Corner and the Black Stone, recite Rabbanā ātinā.
- Laps 1–3: men walk briskly with short steps (ramal) if the crowd allows.
Between the Yemeni Corner and the Black Stone
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbanā ātinā fid-dunyā ḥasanatan wa fil-ākhirati ḥasanatan wa qinā ʿadhāban-nār
Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
Ya Tuhan kami, berilah kami kebaikan di dunia dan kebaikan di akhirat, dan lindungilah kami dari azab neraka.
