Using the app

By using Labbaik you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. It is free and needs no account.

Religious content

The guide, du'as and dzikir are summaries prepared for practical use, with their sources listed where available. They are not a fatwa. Rulings differ between scholars and schools of thought, so follow your mutawwif and trusted ulama when in doubt.

Prayer times, maps and distances

• Prayer times are calculated on your phone and may differ by a few minutes from the official adhan. Always follow the adhan of the masjid where you are.
• Places on the map are approximate (about ±100 m) and are for getting your bearings, not for turn-by-turn navigation.
• Walking times are estimates. Crowds, heat, closures and your own pace change them.
• The packing checklist is a reminder, not an official requirement list. Check visa, health and luggage rules with your travel agent, airline and the Saudi authorities.

Not an official service

Labbaik is an independent app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Nusuk, the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, Kementerian Agama RI or any travel agent.

Your data

Notes, counts and saved places live only on your phone. Clearing browser data, uninstalling the app or losing the phone removes them, and we cannot restore them. Keep anything important somewhere else too. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the app, for example by trying to disrupt it or by overloading the free map service it relies on.

Third-party services

The map comes from OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap contributors, and directions open in Google Maps. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

No warranty

Labbaik is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, the maker is not liable for any loss or harm from using or relying on the app, including missed prayers, wrong directions or lost data.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated. The new version will be published on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.
